Equal parts risk-taker and trustworthy advisor, Jeff’s loyalty, style, and values set him apart. His deep appreciation for the 44 Designs team is rivaled only by his inability to say no to his young daughters, Taco Bell, and any suggestion to go off-roading.

With a calm demeanor we all envy, Lee oversees our day-to-day operations, focusing on strategic planning, systems, and goal-setting. He keeps our entire organization’s operations on track, whilst wrangling a team of creatives, shop crew, and project managers. No matter how crazy it gets, Lee’s cooler than that and always wears his hat straight.
